1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all treatments and services offered and agreed in the Hello Laser studio and through the associated online booking system. By booking an appointment (online, by telephone, by message or on site) the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Services

Hello Laser offers cosmetic treatments for permanent hair removal by laser. In addition we offer cosmetic skin treatments, in particular "Ultra Glow" and the treatment of restless skin; these can also be booked through the booking system. In no case are these medical treatments in the sense of medical therapy. No promises of cure are made. Type, extent and duration of the treatment are discussed individually on site.

3. Appointments and online booking

Appointments can be made online through the booking system, by telephone, by message or in person in the studio. Booking an appointment creates a service contract between the customer and Hello Laser.

Hello Laser reserves the right to postpone or cancel appointments for good cause (e.g. illness or technical fault). In this case the customer will be informed as quickly as possible; there are no further claims.

4. Cancellation, appointment changes and no-shows

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the agreed time.
The cancellation can be made by telephone, by message or through the online booking system.
In the case of cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a no-show without cancellation, Hello Laser reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50 % of the planned treatment price.
If the customer arrives late, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly. The full treatment price is nevertheless payable.

A withdrawal is not a late cancellation. If you withdraw in time from an appointment booked online or by phone, no cancellation fee is charged — even if the withdrawal reaches us less than 24 hours before the appointment. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.

5. Prices and payment terms

The prices currently valid according to the price list in the studio or on the website apply. The price shown at the time of booking is fixed for that appointment. The treatment price is due after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed.

When booking a treatment, you choose whether to pay on site in the studio or online right away – whichever suits you. The trial appointment is free of charge, so there is no choice to make there.

Payment options:

cash payment in the studio — we do not accept cards on site
online payment after booking via our payment service provider Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), also without a customer account
bank transfer to the account provided, by arrangement

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we refund a payment made online via the same means of payment.

Advance payments (e.g. package bookings) are to be made before the treatment begins. For a treatment package the price is agreed for the entire package; the sessions it contains are debited at each assigned appointment and can be viewed in the customer account. Payment by instalments is effective only if it has been separately agreed in writing in the studio.

6. Right of withdrawal for appointments booked online or by phone

Appointments arranged online or by phone are distance contracts. Consumers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. Details, the consequences of withdrawal and a model withdrawal form are set out in the withdrawal policy; it forms part of these GTC.

Treatment packages and instalment agreements are concluded in the studio in accordance with § 5. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for them.

By booking, you declare that we may begin the treatment before the withdrawal period has expired, and you confirm that your right of withdrawal expires once the treatment has been fully performed. Without this declaration, appointments within the withdrawal period could not be offered. If you withdraw after the treatment has begun, you must pay for the portion provided up to that point.

7. Health, contraindications and duty to cooperate

The customer is obliged to disclose truthfully all relevant health information before every treatment, in particular: existing skin conditions or skin irritations, medication that can increase photosensitivity (e.g. certain antibiotics or acne medication), current sun tan or sunbed visits, pregnancy or serious illnesses.

Hello Laser reserves the right to refuse or postpone a treatment for medical or safety-related reasons. Hello Laser accepts no liability for damage or undesirable skin reactions caused by withheld information, failure to observe before-and-after care instructions, or the customer's own misconduct.

8. Liability

Hello Laser is liable only for damage based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless material contractual obligations are breached.
No liability is accepted for allergic reactions, delayed skin reactions or individual results that occur despite proper application.
No guarantee of success can be given regarding the treatment result, as the outcome depends individually on skin type, hair structure and other factors.

9. Minors

Treatments are not carried out on persons under 18 years of age. By booking you confirm that you are of legal age. If there is any doubt, we may require proof of age before the treatment and otherwise refuse the treatment.

10. Vouchers

Vouchers are redeemed when paying online for a treatment booked online: you enter the voucher code when booking, and its value is deducted at payment. Any remaining balance stays on the code.
A voucher cannot be applied when paying on site in the studio.
A cash payout of vouchers is excluded.
Unless stated otherwise, the period of validity is 3 years from the date of issue.

11. Data protection

Personal data is collected and processed exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions of the GDPR. Details are described in the Privacy policy .

12. House rules

Hello Laser exercises the house right on the studio premises. Persons who behave disrespectfully or disruptively can be asked to leave the studio. In this case there is no claim to treatment or refund.

13. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Amendments or additions to these GTC require text form.
